The present invention relates to a culturing method of Artemisia annua and a manufacturing method of Artemisia annua tea by using the same and, more particularly, to a culturing method which increases the portion which is capable of using as a tea by minimizing a lignified portion of the Artemisia annua, and the manufacturing method of Artemisia annua tea by using the same. The culturing method of Artemisia annua comprises a step of removing a growing point by cutting the upper part of a stem of young Artemisia annua plant; a step of growing the young Artemisia annua plant by transplanting in a field.
