<p>The present invention relates to a danpla sheet straight line fusion apparatus and, more specifically, to a danpla sheet straight line fusion apparatus comprising: a main body which includes a lower frame, base plates equipped in each side of the lower frame and an upper frame equipped in the upper part of the lower frame; a transfer means which is equipped on the lower frame and transfers a danpla sheet supplied to the lower frame to the rear side; a gap control means which is connected to the base plate and adjusts distance on the base plate; an air heater which is equipped in the base plate and heats both ends of the danpla sheet; and a molding mold which is equipped in the base plate and includes a molding frame in order to join both ends of the danpla sheet by applying pressure to both ends of the danpla sheet. The molding mold is formed to become narrow in width towards a depth direction and includes: a first molding groove which forms a taper at the end of the danpla sheet; a first molding mold which protrudes from the first molding groove and contains a first protrusion forming a groove of a lattice wall of the end of the danpla sheet; a second molding groove which is equipped in the rear part of the first molding mold and is formed in the depth direction; a second molding mold which is formed in both sides of the end of the second molding groove and contains a press-braked groove heat-fused by bending the cover material of the upper part and lower part of the danpla sheet; a third molding groove which is equipped in the rear part of the second molding mold and is formed in the depth direction; and a third molding mold which is formed at the end of the third molding groove and contains a rounding groove pressuring and closing the cover material of the upper part and lower part of the danpla sheet.</p> |
