<p>The invention relates to a mechanical device comprising a screw (1), the thread (4) of which has a root, a crest and two thread flanks; a nut (2), the internal thread of which that engages with the thread (4) of the screw (1) has a root, a crest and two internal-thread flanks; a gap (10) between the internal thread and the thread (4), having at least two cavities, referred to as pressure pockets (3), and at least one input for supplying each pressure pocket (3) with a pressurised fluid, characterised in that the pressure pockets (3) extend on the flank of a thread or internal thread between the root of the internal thread and the middle height of the internal-thread flanks, and in that the gap (10) between the root of the internal thread and the crest of the thread is capable of creating head losses.</p> |
