FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: described is method of molecular sieve ZSM-23 obtaining, which includes: a) preparation of mixture, capable of formation of claimed molecular sieve; and claimed mixture includes sources of alkaline or alkaline-earth metal (M), oxide of trivalent element (X), oxide of tetravalent element (Y), water and structure directing agent (R) of formula (CH)NCHCHCHN(CH)CHCHCHN(CH), and has composition, in molar ratio, within the following ranges: YO/XOfrom 25 to 29, HO/YOfrom 5 to 100, OH/YOfrom 0,05 to 0,5, M/YOfrom 0,05 to 0,5, R/YOfrom >0 to <0,5, and b) exposure of claimed mixture in conditions, sufficient for obtaining claimed ZSM-23, where mentioned sufficient conditions include temperature from nearly 150 to 200°C.
