FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to point works. To displace switch blade from one extreme position to another one, motor is switched on turn spline shaft 16. Rim speed at wheel 15 acting along the worm displaces the latter on shaft 16. Here, said motor runs idle to gain rpm and power. Clearance between worm end and spring 17 taken up, the latter contracts to counteract aforesaid rim force. As said spring contracts counteracting force increases to make wheel 14 running along with concave worm 13 and wheel 9. Note here that pin 10 displaces pointwork by link 12 from one position to another one. To the end of changeover, ledge of link 12 starts interacting with thrust 5 to turn thereabout and to be displaced to move pointwork to stock rail. At spacing between pointwork and rail makes about 2 mm, check rule closed the switch to cut off the motor. Pin 10 moving by inertia to the ledge of bridge 6 rim speed of wheel 14 increases to make worm 15 contracting spring 17 and displacing along shaft 16. Note here that remained power of running motor rotor will damped by deformation of spring 17.EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability, improved operating conditions.11 cl, 3 dwg |
