The forceps (1) have elongated arms (10, 20) comprising jaws (11, 21) extended along the arms and articulated out of scissors at sides of a joint plane (Pjointure) between a closer position and an isolated position. The jaws are locally in contact with each other in place of clamping portions to grip a thread, in the closer position. The jaws are arranged remote from the plane, in the isolated position. The jaws include prominent elements that cooperate such that an interstice formed between the elements defines a baffle to block thread movement along the forceps, in the closer position.
