摘要 The present invention relates to a volume reduction type packing system for optimizing the transportation of a modular unit and a packing method using the same which comprise a modular unit including: a floor plate unit having a structure forming the ceiling formed on the bottom side and a structure forming a floor plate formed on the upper side; column units bonded to four edges of the floor plate unit; and multiple wall units forming walls by sealing and finishing gaps among the column units. The volume reduction type packing system for optimizing the transportation of the modular unit includes: a connection unit that is formed for reducing the height vertically to the four edges of the floor plate unit and composed of at least one among a groove, a projection and the combination of a groove and a projection; the column units, which have an articulated form and are assembled to the connection unit on which multiple floor plates, arranged with a vertical gap that is as long as the length of the articulated column units; a part of wall panels forming the wall unit which are fixated on the column units by using bolts for being finished by being close to the short side direction of the layered floor plate units, other part of the wall panels which are fixated on the column unit by using bolts after two floor plates which are successively attached toward the long sides of the layered floor plate units and finished at the long sides; and the rest of wall units inserted into the finished inside. The volume reduction type packing system for optimizing the transportation of the modular unit according to the present invention reduces the volume down to 50-60% of the original volume for reducing transportation costs by forming a modular unit to be a packing unit and for improving transportation efficiency by increasing carrying capacity, prevents the damage and falling during transportation by self-packaging, and provides rapid workability which is required for regions in which the modular unit is assembled in a short period of time due to the climatic conditions of the regions.
