Provided is a capacitance element capable of preventing a conductive member from rotating with respect to a case when the conductive member is caulked, and prevents damage to the airtightness on the case part into which the conductive member penetrates. The capacitance element according to the present invention comprises: an electrode body including a cathode plate and an anode plate insulated to each other; a case for accommodating the electrode body; and a conductive member electrically connected to the electrode body within the case. The conductive member comprises: a main body having a center axis in a case wall penetration direction; and a conductor connector protruding in a direction crossing the center axis in the main body. The main body includes a caulking part installed at an end of one side and inserted into the case wall, and a head part installed at an end of the other side and formed in non-circular shape with respect to the center axis.
