The invention relates to an articulator coupling intended to be installed permanently or temporarily on the dipper stick in electromechanical and hydraulic shovels, in order to extend the working life of the dipper stick and to facilitate the replacement of the bucket. The coupling is mainly formed by the following elements which together form a single part: two parallel L-shaped side box beams stiffened internally and formed by straight upper and lower faces in the form an L and two L-shaped side faces which extend beyond the box of the beams, defining pivot connection zones suitable for connecting the dipper stick and the bucket ring or lock in the upper portion thereof and for connecting the bucket in the lower portion of same; and one or two internally stiffened central box beams having flared ends, formed by straight upper and lower faces having flared ends and two side faces bent or rounded with a variable radius at the two flared ends of the beams, which are disposed perpendicularly to the two side beams, each being secured at the ends thereof to the outer face of the side beams.
