The present invention relates to leachate and a method for collecting cobalt by using the same, capable of improving process efficiency and efficiency of collecting the cobalt by performing leaching of the cobalt and selective recovery in one process when the cobalt is collected from wastes including the high-priced cobalt such as a spent lithium-ion battery, a spent cemented carbide tool, and a spent catalyst in large quantities.
