The present invention relates to a method for soluble overexpression and purification of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein (BMP 7) in Escherichia coli, and provides a recombinant expression vector including a solubility enhancing tag and a human BMP 7 gene. More specifically, the solubility enhancing tag is human protein disulfide isomerase (hPDI), glutathione-S-transferase (GST), or maltose binding protein (MBP). In addition, the present invention provides a transformed recombinant microorganism as the recombinant expression vector. Moreover, the present invention provides a method for producing recombinant human BMP 7 (rhBMP7) and recombinant human BMP 7 (rhBMP7) produced by the method. |
