PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image encoding/decoding technique with higher compression efficiency.SOLUTION: An intra-screen prediction decoding method for performing intra-screen prediction in a block unit in a raster scanning order and acquiring a decoded image by using a predicted difference includes: a first prediction step for generating a pixel value of a second pixel of a decoding-target block by prediction using a pixel value of a first pixel of a decoded block adjacent to the decoding-target block; and a second prediction step for generating a pixel value of a fourth pixel in the decoding-target block from the pixel value of the second pixel, which is generated in the first prediction step, and a pixel value of a third pixel of the decoded block adjacent to the decoding-target block. |
