PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit a sound absorbing function by filling in an inner space generated based on structure, to restrain comprehensively a wind noise from being generated by a vibration damping function, to allow execution onto even a place difficult in execution by a conventional vibration damping material, and to impart a noise-insulating filling function and a vibration damping function usable as a general sound absorbing material.SOLUTION: A thermosetting one-pack type paint composition contains a polymer having a residual steric-hindered molecular branch larger than methyl group as a thermal crosslinking resin, an inorganic filler having a dielectric loss tangent within a range of 0.1-0.7, an organic filler having a function of capturing a radical from a molecule, and a foaming agent, and is therefore not only usable mainly as a sound absorbing material filled in an inner space such as a pillar inside (cavity part) of a vehicle, to exhibit a sound absorbing function, but also is able to have a vibration damping function. In particular, a vibration damping property is exhibited by moving a peak of the dielectric loss tangent tanδ from a transition area to a rubber area. |
