<p>Disclosed is a general-purpose rolling mill machine core, comprising an upper horizontal roller (1) and a lower horizontal roller (2), wherein two ends of the upper horizontal roller are respectively rotatably engaged with two upper bearing seats (4), and two ends of the lower horizontal roller are respectively rotatably engaged with two lower bearing seats (5). The machine core further comprises a high-speed roller exchange apparatus, wherein the high-speed roller exchange apparatus comprises a roller exchange cart (10), a lower horizontal roller positioning rod (7) and an upper horizontal roller positioning rod (9) are fixed on the roller exchange cart and distributed to the left and right sides of the roll gap, and a counterbore is correspondingly arranged respectively on the upper bearing seat into which the top end of the upper horizontal roller positioning rod extends, the depth of the counterbore being D2. When a roller is being exchanged in the rolling mill, a lower roller face of the upper horizontal roller is lower than the rolling line by a distance, which is D1, where D2 <= D1. In the general-purpose rolling mill machine core, by making the upper horizontal roller during the roller exchange be at a position equal to or lower than the lowest position during rolling, the entire roller unit is reliably supported on the roller exchange cart, meaning that when the rolling mill is operating, movements within the whole travel range of each roller do not mutually interfere, and operation is simple, reliable and safe.</p> |
