The present invention relates to a flow rate control device capable of maximizing a processing capacity of a sewage treatment plant by being installed in an interception facility in which sewage and rainwater flow and properly opening and closing a sewage pipe conduit connected to the sewage treatment plant. According to the present invention, provided is the flow rate control device of the interception facility, which comprises a flat installation plate; a barrel-shaped body protruding from the front surface of the installation plate and penetrating the installation plate; a disc opening and closing a body by being installed in the body to be able to rotate on a disc shaft; a cylinder device comprising a cylinder arm installed on one end of the disc shaft to be fixed, a cylinder rod installed in the cylinder arm, and a cylinder operating the cylinder rod and of which one side is installed on the installation plate; and a control device controlling the cylinder device by being installed on the outside of the interception facility. |
