The present invention relates to a high-speed system for coagulating sludge and polymers capable of maximizing the performance of mixing and coagulating sludge and polymers in a short time by optimally designing the input condition of polymers, the position of a polymer outlet, a churning blade, a chamber, etc., and capable of reducing the costs of production and maintenance because troubles do not occur even after long-term high-speed operation and production and maintenance thereof are facilitated. The high-speed system for coagulating sludge and polymers comprises a chamber having a sludge pipeline including a sludge inlet and a sludge outlet and having a circular cross section; a rotational shaft installed to penetrate the center of the sludge pipeline of the chamber vertically, having a polymer channel being a void part beginning from an end thereof formed therein, and including a first polymer outlet connected to the polymer channel at a position on the sludge channel; a churning blade placed on the sludge channel of the chamber and having the bottom thereof connected to the rotational shaft; a second polymer outlet installed vertically on the sludge channel of the chamber, upstream of the rotational shaft; a polymer supply pipe for supplying polymers by connecting the polymer channel with the second polymer outlet; and a protrusion for enhancing the performance of churning sludge and polymers on the upper and lower parts of the inner surface of the sludge channel of the chamber at the position of the rotational shaft. |
