摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphene structure composed of a graphene nanoribbon oriented to an arbitrary direction in an arbitrary area on a substrate, a semiconductor device using the graphene structure, and a method of manufacturing them.SOLUTION: A graphene structure 1 includes: a substrate 2; a first electrode 3 formed on the substrate 2; a graphene nanoribbon 5 formed on the substrate 2; and a second electrode 4 formed on the substrate 2. One ends of the first electrode 3 and graphene nanoribbon 5 are connected to each other. The other ends of the graphene nanoribbon 5 and the second electrode 4 are connected to each other. The width of the graphene nanoribbon 5 is specified to be 100 nm or less that generates a forbidden band width as a semiconductor.
