PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cold-rolled steel strip, by which the surface of the steel strip after cold rolling can be made smooth and uniform, which does not need to drastically restrict the rolling conditions of the draft, rolling speed, or the like of conventional cold rolling and does not bring about degradation of productivity and the increase of cost.SOLUTION: Smoothness and the degree of uniformity on and after cold rolling is improved while maintaining productivity by performing rolling to a predetermined thickness by using dull rolls having random surface roughness which has not anisotropy in a circumferential direction and an axial direction in the range of surface roughness of ≥0.01 to <0.5 μm Ra as work rolls, while supplying lubricating oil when applying the cold rolling to a hot-rolled steel strip after pickling. |
