PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ebullient cooling device in which restrictions on a structure and alignment or the like for obtaining sufficient cooling performance are improved.SOLUTION: A cooling device includes a container in which a refrigerant is sealed, a pressure regulating part for regulating a pressure in the container, a refrigerant cooling part arranged on an outer surface of the container, a cooling object installing part which is arranged on the outer surface of the container and installs a cooling object, and a cooling object cooling part which is arranged on an inner surface of the container corresponding to the cooling object installing part so as to conduct heat of the cooling object. The pressure regulating part changes the refrigerant in a liquid state cooled by the refrigerant cooling part into the refrigerant in a vapor state while remaining in a low temperature state by regulating the pressure in the container, and the refrigerant in the vapor state is transported in the low temperature state to the cooling object cooling part. The pressure regulating part returns the transported refrigerant in the vapor state in the low temperature state into the refrigerant in the liquid state in the low temperature state by regulating the pressure in the container, receives heat of the cooling object as vaporization heat, and vaporizes the refrigerant in the liquid state in the low temperature state to execute cooling of the cooling object. |
