PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for encoding a video, and a method and apparatus for decoding a video, capable of improving video compression efficiency by filtering neighboring pixels of a current block and performing intra prediction on the current block by using the filtered neighboring pixels.SOLUTION: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for encoding a video, and a method and apparatus for decoding a video, in which neighboring pixels used to perform intra prediction on a current block to be encoded are filtered and the intra prediction is performed by using the filtered neighboring pixels. |
