PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone number retrieval device, a telephone number retrieval system, and a program for telephone number retrieval, capable of providing evaluation information having high reliability related to a call destination without a complicated operation by a user when retrieving a telephone number based on a user instruction using information of a telephone book on a network.SOLUTION: The telephone number retrieval device includes: an incoming/outgoing call history storage section 43 for storing call history information related to IP telephone communication of a user terminal 10; a net telephone book information storage section 41 for storing information containing a contractor telephone number of a contractor of the IP telephone communication; and a result information generation section 44 for extracting a telephone number corresponding to a retrieval condition specified from the user terminal 10 of a telephone number retrieval source from the net telephone book information, calculating the number related to telephone call history information of each extracted telephone number, and generating information, as a retrieval result, associated with each extracted telephone number. |
