PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warming package for a microwave oven which is uniformly warmed without causing risk of no-water burning, bumping or explosion, and can thereby safely warm retort pouch food with its pack, and a warming means using the same.SOLUTION: A warming package for a microwave oven is used for warming a food pack by a microwave oven by storing the food pack therein, and being submerged in water filled in a microwave permeable container, is formed of a metallic material so as not to transmit microwaves, and is a net-like or sheet-like bag or box having multiple holes, wherein openings of the net or the holes allow water to pass therethrough. A warming means includes a container for entering and storing the package and water therein. |
