PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device capable of reducing corrosion of a lead member in contact with an insulation oil at a low cost and maintaining high reliability over a long period of time.SOLUTION: An X-ray tube device includes: an X-ray tube; a housing; an insulation oil; a lead member; a rubber member 2a and an elution preventing film 3a. The rubber member 2a is formed of sulfur-vulcanized rubber and located in a space where the insulation oil exists. The elution preventing film 3a is provided on the surface of the rubber member 2a, comes into contact with the insulation oil, and prevents sulfur and a sulfur compound from eluting into the insulation oil from the rubber member. |
