PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment comfortable for each person in a space for many people therein such as an office.SOLUTION: An environmental adjustment system is comprised of: terminals 100 which can be operated in respective locations for performing environmental adjustment by majority decision information in an area where multiple persons exist; a control operation part 151 for totalizing each pieces of terminal information to compute an environmental adjustment setting value; and an environmental adjustment apparatus for adjusting environments of areas based on the environmental setting value. The terminal has an operating means for expressing a demand of a terminal operator and transmits operation information thereof to the control operation part. The environmental adjustment apparatus comprises an air conditioning device 160. The area is divided into multiple air-conditioning zones controlled respectively by the multiple air conditioning devices. The control operation part identifies a location of a terminal from previously prepared terminal numbers of respective operators, weights a vote according to a distance of a transmission location of each terminal from each air conditioning zone center, performs totalization operation of data of each terminal by restricting to only air-conditioning zones each having a weight of a previously prescribed threshold or more, computes a setting changed value of each air-conditioning device, and transmits it to an air-conditioning control part. |
