PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package holder with improved maintainability, and a yarn winding device.SOLUTION: A package holder 20 includes: a bearing center 51 to be brought into contact with a package P; a rotary movement mechanism 40 for supporting the bearing center 51; a movement frame 22 with the mechanism 40 fixed thereto; and a holder body 21 for supporting the movement frame 22. The mechanism 40 supports the bearing center 51 so as to rotate around an axis of a rotation axis AL and to move in the axial direction of the rotation axis AL. The mechanism 40 includes: a shaft part 41 to which the bearing center 51 is fixed; bearings 42, 44 for supporting the shaft part 41; and a snap ring 45 arranged closer to the bearing center 51 than the bearings 42, 44, and attachable/detachable to/from the movement frame 22 for regulating movement of the bearings 42, 44 in the axal direction. |
