PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method that manufactures an alternative coffee that has a color, taste and smell similar to those of coffee using a sword bean as a raw material.SOLUTION: Beans of a sword bean are fed into a roast boiler, performed by roast adjusting heating power and wind force to become 220°C-240°C for 20-25 minutes, added with a small quantity of water while stirring after the roast, and cooled rapidly by a large amount of wind force to manufacture an alternative coffee having a color, taste and smell similar to those of coffee. |
