<p>A display panel comprises a substrate (110), pixels (120), active components (140), and storage capacitors (150). The active component (140) and the storage capacitor (150) are disposed in the pixel (120). The storage capacitor (150) has a first storage electrode (151) and a second storage electrode (152). The second storage electrode (152) is formed in a recess of an insulation layer, and is aligned with the first storage electrode (151) from the above. Also provided is a manufacturing method of a display panel, in which a part of an insulation layer above a first storage electrode (151) is removed to form a recess.</p> |
