The embodiments of the present invention provide a transmission device, method and communication system for Coordinated Multiple Points, wherein the transmission device comprises: a coding unit which is used to modulate data to be transmitted by each user equipment for obtaining two data flow, and to operate Space Time Block Coding on the two data flow for obtaining a signal matrix; a computing unit which is used to compute the pre-coding matrix of each user equipment for eliminating interlayer interference between the user equipments; a signal generation unit which is used to multiply the signal matrix of each user equipment by the pre-coding matrix, to add the multiplication results of each user equipment for generating a emission signal, and to transmit the emission signal through multiple transmission points. The embodiments of the present invention enable parallel signal emission on two space channels, 100 percent coding rate, error rate reduction, effective coverage increase and further system performances improvement. The system capacity is improved by multiple users transmitting on the same time-frequency resource.
