A water supply and drainage pipe comprises a hollow inner pipe (1) and an outer pipe (2) disposed outside the inner pipe (1) and coaxial to the inner pipe (1). The inner pipe (1) and the outer pipe (2) are connected through a water collecting trough (3). A plurality of drainage holes (4) is provided on an inner wall of the inner pipe (1) staggered with the water collecting trough (3). The water collecting trough (3) has a V-shaped section or rectangular section. The water supply and drainage pipe ensures that water can be drained from the inner pipe (1) and the outer pipe (2) at the same time either when the water level is low or when the water level is high. |
