The present invention relates to an adhesive composition and a polarizing plate having the same. More specifically, the composition of the present invention includes poly(aryl amine) resin having specific repeating units; soluble and cationic amine resin having pH 7.5-9; and a crosslinking agent, so that the composition is easy to be coupled with a polarizer regardless of the type of polarizing protective film and the existence of a surface process and is excellent in adhesion with the polarizer and the polarizer protective film under the condition of high temperature and humidity, in water resistance (color coming-out effect), improving endurance reliability, and in stripping force on the surface of an adhesive layer.
