PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyester film which is a polyester film substrate capable of being suitably used during the manufacturing of a laminated ceramic capacitor which has few surface defects and the like present on a polyester film surface, and prevents the concurrence of a malfunction such as weaving when wound up in a roll form.SOLUTION: A laminated polyester film having a laminated structure with at least three layers is characterized in that: the surface roughness (Ra) of one film surface is in the range of 0.001-0.005 μm; the inside of the layer configuring a surface contains 1,000 ppm or larger of aluminum oxide particles; and the surface roughness (Ra) of the other film surface is in a range of 0.010-0.030 μm. |
