PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleansing agent and a skin cleansing agent product excellent in foaming power when discharged from a foamer container even with low concentration fatty acid, good in sustentation of foam, not obstructed of discharging of foam due to clogging of a foam-forming part of the foamer container or viscosity rise of a preparation, and free from stickiness and dryness of skin after cleansing.SOLUTION: A skin cleansing agent for filling in the foamer container includes (A) a fatty acid salt expressed by formula: RCOOM (1) (wherein Ris a linear or branched monovalent hydrocarbon group, in which a part of hydrogen atoms bonded to carbon atoms may be substituted by a hydroxy group; and M represents an alkali metal atom or alkanolamine) and (B) a cationic polymer having a betaine group, where the mass content ratio of the component (B) to the component (A) expressed by (B)/(A) is 0.01 to 10. |
