PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording device configured to write electronic information in the electronic information storage member of a recording medium while conveying it from a recording medium storage part to a recording medium ejection part for more improving productivity than a conventional manner while performing stable radio communication and a rewritable printer including this information recording device.SOLUTION: The rewritable printer 100 includes: a paper feeding part 1 for storing rewritable media P each of which has an RFID tag as an electronic information storage member, and for feeding the rewritable media P one by one; a reader/writer 2 for reading and writing electronic information from and in the RFID tag of each of the rewritable media P conveyed from the paper feeding part 1; a printing part 50 for ejecting the rewritable media P from and in which the electronic information has been read and written; and an elevating plate 4 constituting a part of the conveyance path from the paper feeding part 1 to the printing part 50 capable of elevating in a state that the rewritable media P is held, therein the reader/writer 2 is disposed on the elevating plate 4. |
