PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for stabilizing cooling ability of a cooling facility apparatus including an ice thermal storage part.SOLUTION: In a control device of a cooling facility apparatus including an ice thermal storage unit which stores cold air by making ice, a control part 46 controls operation ability of the cooling facility apparatus by changing control data which is set in the cooling facility apparatus. At a time point of a prescribed time before the ice thermal storage unit starts heat storage, the operation ability of the cooling facility apparatus after the time point is set to be higher than the operation ability of the cooling facility apparatus at the time point.
