PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine plant capable of effectively charging moisture to fuel gas and effectively reducing NOx while maintaining soundness of equipment, to provide a method of operating the gas turbine plant, and to provide a gasification fuel power generation facility including the gas turbine plant.SOLUTION: A gas turbine plant includes: a gas turbine 5 having a combustor 5a burning fuel gas; and a diluent supply device 31 connected to the combustor 5a to supply a diluent diluting the fuel gas. The diluent supply device 31 includes: a multistage diluent compressor 33 compressing the diluent to make the diluent have pressure higher than atmospheric pressure; and a moisture supply means 34. A heat exchanger 38 cooling the diluent is installed at an intermediate stage of the diluent compressor 33. The moisture supply means 34 is connected to a diluent flow passage arranged in the wake flow of the diluent compressor 33 to supply moisture to the diluent compressed by the diluent compressor 33. |
