PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency conversion device that realizes a simple adjustment of a frequency characteristic.SOLUTION: The frequency conversion device (1) comprises: a mixer (10); an active filter (20); and a post-amplifier (30). The active filter (20) has a first variable resistance (R1) for changing a frequency characteristic, and performs current-voltage conversion on a current output signal (I1) of the mixer (10) and also filtering according to the frequency characteristic prescribed by the first variable resistance (R1). The post-amplifier (30) has a second variable resistance (R3) for changing a voltage gain, and amplifies a voltage output signal (V2) of the active filter (20) according to the voltage gain prescribed by the second variable resistance (R3). The second variable resistance (R3) is so configured that the resistance value thereof can be adjusted in conjunction with an adjustment of the resistance value of the first variable resistance (R1).
