PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery unit in which wiring is easy because of volume saving and serial connection and which is hard to swell.SOLUTION: The battery unit is configured by alternately combining first and second electric cells provided with a laminate case and laminating them, the first electric cells include a laminate case provided with a surface with a projecting part formed in a thickness direction and with a surface with a recessed part formed, the second electric cells include a laminate case having a recessed part at a position corresponding to the projecting part of the first electric cells and having a projecting part at a position corresponding to the recessed part of the first electric cells, and the first and second electric cells are located by mutually switching positions of positive electrode terminals and negative electrode terminals. The first and second electric cells have no symmetry of 180° in shape on a flat surface perpendicular to a thickness direction, the electric cells are alternately laminated so as to stick the projecting parts and the recessed part in a thickness direction, and a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal adjacent to a lamination direction are connected in series. |
