摘要 The linear motion mechanism with gravity compensation is provided with a holding member for holding a first moving body on which an object to be mounted is mounted, a second moving body provided with a weight, and a connecting section for connecting the first moving body to the second moving body so that the weight moves with a directional component in the direction opposite to the direction of movement of the first moving body. The holding member has a rotation axis for allowing rotation of the holding member. When (M1) is defined as the mass of the first moving body when the object to be mounted is mounted, (M2) as the mass of the second moving body, (L1) as the distance between a first center of gravity of the first moving body and a first intersection point of a perpendicular line from the center of rotation of the rotation axis with the first moving body when the distance between the first center of gravity and the first intersection point in the first moving body is the shortest, and (L2) as the distance between a second center of gravity of the second moving body and a second intersection point of a perpendicular line from the center of rotation of the rotation axis with the second moving body when the distance between the second center of gravity and the second intersection point in the second moving body is the shortest, M2 = (L1/L2) x M1 is satisfied.
