PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution grid voltage regulator and power control system capable of achieving voltage maintenance and efficient operation by making the voltage regulator installed in the distribution grid act according to a photovoltaic power generation amount in the grid.SOLUTION: A distribution grid voltage regulator which is installed in a distribution grid comprising a photovoltaic power generator and adjusts a tap position of a tapped transformer so that secondary side voltage of the tapped transformer is within a predetermined limit value range comprises: first means for estimating the secondary side voltage of the tapped transformer; second means for obtaining correction voltage obtained by correcting the estimated secondary side voltage by using a correction component calculated from generated power of the photovoltaic power generator; and third means for comparing the correction voltage with the predetermined limit value range, and executing tap operation of the tapped transformer when the correction voltage deviates from the predetermined limit value range.
