PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage handwriting information read from paper sheets.SOLUTION: A handwriting information management device includes: a handwriting information storage unit in which handwriting information representing handwriting read from a paper sheet is stored associated with each of a plurality of paper sheets on which code information for reading the handwriting is printed; a communication unit that receives the handwriting information read from each page in a note in which a paper sheet is divided into a plurality of areas and the plurality of areas are bound as a plurality of pages; and a handwriting information registration unit that causes the handwriting information storage unit to store the handwriting information of each page received by the communication unit for every paper sheet associated with the page.
