PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated trolley wire connection device in which conduction of a connected conductor is secured and the connected conductor is readily inserted.SOLUTION: An insulated trolley wire connection device includes: a conductive joint 40 making conductive with a conductor of two connected insulated trolley wires; a pressing member 5 pressing the conductor to the conductive joint 40; and a joint body 31 holding the conductive joint 40 and the pressing member 5. The pressing member 5 includes a pressure contact part 6 directly contacting with the conductor, and an elastic member 7 which is disposed between a pressure contact member supporting surface 41 formed in the joint body 31 and the pressure contact part 6 and presses the pressure contact part 6. Regarding the elastic member 7, the shorter a distance of the pressure contact part 6 from a pressure contact member supporting surface 4 is, the larger an elastic coefficient is either gradually or continuously. |
