PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit that compares favorably with the kit comprising PCa for forming a rising part of a mat foundation formed by combining members in a three-dimensional shape, at a low cost, by crossing and connecting a planar ready-mixed concrete damming plate and a width determining plate serving also as a support plate in a right angle cross shape and using them.SOLUTION: Mutual fitting vertical groove holes 57 are opened on a ready-mixed concrete damming plate 55 formed of PCa and provided with a reinforcing bar vertical groove through-hole 26 and a width determining plate 56 serving also as a support plate, and the plates are crossed and connected in a cross shape to prevent outflow of ready-mixed concrete and support a rising part form. The height of a rising part width determining plate 58 is made slightly higher than the height of an inner side form support plate 59 to form an inner side form fixing vertical wall surface 60, the upper end face of the rising part width determining plate 58 is cut off to an appropriate depth to form a surface of a reinforcing bar mounting base 62 and also form an outer side form fixing vertical wall surface 61. An inner side form 70 is abutted to the inner side form fixing vertical wall surface 60, an outer side form 72 is abutted to the outer side form fixing vertical wall surface 61, and the required breadth of the rising part is secured. |
