PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing method, and an image processing program which facilitates taking a picture of a subject in a congested district by automatically removing an obstacle using plural consecutive captured images.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 10 comprises: an imaging unit 20 for acquiring plural digital images before and after an imaging timing; a retrieval point setting unit 34 which sets a retrieval point p; an arithmetic unit 35 which performs complex transformation of the retrieval point p on the basis of the luminance signal (Y) and color difference signals (Cr, Cb) of the retrieval point p and performs frequency analysis; a movement determination unit 36 which determines whether the retrieval point p is a moving point or a still point; an area extraction unit 37 which extracts a moving area MR from the moving point; a still image extraction unit 38 which acquires a still image SR in the moving area MR; and a pixel replacement unit 39 which replaces the moving area MR with the still image SR. |
