The device has a closing lock (5) e.g. combination lock, fastened on an upper side of a lid (2). An element of the device strikes at a drinks container (1) at a point so that the lid is fixed at an opening of the container. The lid closes the opening of the container. A bottom part (3) receives a base of the container. A flexible clamping element (4) e.g. ball chain (14), is arranged in active connection with the closing lock so that the container is fixedly closed by the lid, which lies on the opening of the container by tensile stress. Swing wing-like holding jaws are provided at the lid.
