The safety valve assembly (17) comprises a primary shutoff valve (13), secondary shutoff valve (15) and non-return valve (14), which is aligned along the longitudinal axis of the valve assembly. The secondary shutoff valve is a three-way ball valve, which has supplementary output (16) and spherical shutter with a main passage. The spherical shutter is brought into two operating positions and into an optional third position. The safety valve assembly is connected to the non-return valve, while the output (12) of the valve assembly closes down in optional third position. The primary operative position of the output is connected with an input (11) of the valve assembly by the non-return valve that is connected with the supplementary output.
