The arrangement has a coupling device (14) for coupling hollow bars (10, 12) i.e. pipes. One of the hollow bars comprises a locking element (16) of the coupling device. The other hollow bar comprises a recess (18) of the coupling device, where the locking element is located in the recess in a locking position of the locking element. The locking element engages with the recess in a coupled state of the hollow bars. An actuator device (24) i.e. sliding sleeve, is arranged at or integrated into the bars to release the coupled state by transfer of the locking element into an unlocking position.
