The present invention provides: an alpha,beta-substituted optically active carbonyl compound of chemical formula 1-1 below; and a 3,4,5-substituted optically active piperidine compound, lactone, pyrrolidone or other such heterocyclic compound represented by chemical formula 6 below. Various heterocyclic compounds exhibit anti-oxidizing and other such physiological activity.
