Disclosed is a floatable lighting structure which can increase light collection efficiency without cleaning by installing solar panels in the erected state. The present invention provides the floatable lighting structure having the vertical solar panels. The floatable lighting structure comprises: a floatable lighting body part floated on the seawater; multiple pylon pillar parts arranged on the top of the floatable lighting body part; reflection plates and lantern parts arranged at the top of the pylon pillar parts to reflect and irradiate light; reflection plate pillar parts having first and second pillars which are arranged between the reflection plates and the pylon pillar parts to support the reflection plates and the lantern parts, wherein the second pillars are inclined from the linear first pillars at the predetermined angle; solar panel parts having the top arranged at the predetermined height of the inclined second pillars while being erected from the second pillars; and guide rail parts having both ends coupled to the solar panel parts and the first pillars while the moving distance between the first pillars and the solar panel parts is controlled so as to arrange the solar panel parts in the erected state.
