PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a tile carpet and an arrangement structure of a tile carpet both of which can easily change a pattern and the like of the tile carpet.SOLUTION: The construction method of the tile carpet has a step of detachably attaching a tile carpet 10 to a substrate carpet 20. The step comprises mutually engaging a hook face 32 of the tile carpet 10 that is a hook-and-loop fastener formed on one face (back face 13, for instance), with a fiber on a surface of the substrate carpet 20 having a raised surface (face of front side). |
