PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of providing an exclusive beam on a floor for article storage and to perform installation at a low cost, when turning a floor part to a double floor structure of an evacuation stage and the floor for the article storage and installing an article storage container under the floor.SOLUTION: A beam 5 formed of H-shaped steel on a top floor includes an evacuation stage 2 for an evacuee and a floor 4 for article storage positioned below the evacuation stage 2 and forming an article storage container 3 for storing articles such as disaster prevention equipment (is turned to a double floor structure). The evacuation stage 2 is disposed between upper flanges of the beam 5 of the H-shaped steel, and the floor 4 for the article storage is disposed between lower flanges of the same beam 5. The evacuation stage 2 is provided with an opening/closing part for taking the article in and out of the article storage container. Since the evacuation stage 2 and the floor 4 for the article storage of the double floor are attached to the same beam, the need of providing an exclusive beam on the floor for the article storage is eliminated and installation is performed at a low cost. Since the disaster prevention equipment is stored, even an article storage space of a height between the upper flange and the lower flange of the beam of the H-shaped steel sufficiently effectively functions. |
